Position Picks: College Fantasy Football

Smart. Simple. Insanely fun.

Traditional fantasy football doesn't work at the college level—too many players, unpredictable rosters, constant injuries.

So, we rewrote the rules.

How It Works

1

Create or Join a League

Start your own league or join an existing one with friends.

2

Choose Your Conferences

The league creator decides which conferences are draftable—pick as many or as few as you like.

3

Draft Positions, Not Players

Instead of individual athletes, you draft position groups at specific schools.

Available Positions:

Quarterback
Rushing
Receiving
Defense/Special Teams
Kicking

Each player drafts 12 total position picks (e.g., "Quarterback @ Ole Miss") and selects one per category to play each week.

Gameplay Example

Quarterback
Ole Miss
Rushing
UCF
Receiving
Alabama
Defense/ST
BYU
Kicking
Houston

Scoring & Strategy

Weekly Points

  • 6 points for a weekly win (head-to-head matchup)
  • 1 bonus point for the weekly "Extra Point" Question

Bonus Points

Positions receive bonus points for plays over 50 yards (passes, receptions, and kick returns)

Smart Simplicity

Injuries & Depth Charts? Not Your Problem.

You draft the position, not the player. If your starter gets hurt and the backup scores—you still get those points.

Rushing is Rushing.

If a QB rushes for a 75-yard touchdown and you drafted that team's rushing group—you score.

No Trades. No Hassle.

Trades are off. But if all your options at a position are on a bye, you'll get access to a loaner position for that week.

Season & Playoffs

After the regular season, top teams advance to a March Madness–style playoff bracket.

Draft on Your Time

Drafts happen at your league's convenience—not live. Take your time. Strategize. Choose wisely.

Position Picks makes college fantasy football simple, smart, and insanely fun.

Let the games begin.
